Mr. Desear also coordinated events, developed new initiatives, and assisted clients in receiving psycho-social services.
In his current position as a Recovery Specialist at BCS MetroClub PROS, Andrew Desear works with adults diagnosed with mental illnesses in a “clubhouse” day treatment environment. He manages a number of cases simultaneously, helping his clients obtain the proper educational and social training to allow them to find and maintain employment. Mr. Desear’s clients often have a background of drug or alcohol abuse, and he works diligently to facilitate their recovery via group therapy and other treatment plans.
